个人简介

黄捷,博士,研究员,博士生导师,现任北京大学公共卫生学院全球卫生系研究员、深圳华大基因荣誉教授、哈佛大学医学院自闭症研究中心兼职研究员。先后获得北京大学医学学士、北京体育大学运动营养学硕士、美国密西根大学信息科学硕士、美国北卡大学卫生管理学硕士、英国剑桥大学生物科学博士。曾任哈佛大学医学院讲师,美国退伍军人事务部波士顿荣军医院资深科学家、人群研究中心生物信息学主任。

黄捷博士在健康医疗大数据和生物信息学领域有十余年的西方著名研究机构研究经验,有广阔的国际视野,和丰富的大型科研项目实战经验。在国际著名学术期刊发表文章50余篇,其中包括在《自然》、《自然通讯》、《血液》、《生物信息》、《美国精神疾病杂志》上发表的第一作者和通讯作者的文章10余篇,并主持了其中的大型国际合作课题的大数据分析。个人著作《基因的名义》一书于2018年9月获北京市科普创作基金奖励,在2018年12月,入选“中华优秀科普图书榜”中的“成人原创”榜单。
