个人简介

南开大药学院教授,博士生导师。中国药学会中药与天然药专委会委员,天津市药学会中药与天然药物专委会副主任委员。世界中医药联合会中药分析和网络药理专委会理事,中国中药协会产品开发与培育专委会副主任委员,中国中药协会呼吸药物专委会副主任委员。长期关注中医药基础理论与现代生物学技术的融合,通过整合系统生物学和化学生物学技术,揭示中医药的科学内涵。在基于靶点的药效成分筛选,活性天然产物的蛋白靶点确证,基于结构的药物设计与开发,以及中药质量标志物研究与智能评价等方面开展工作。分别主持了973、863、重大新药创制、重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金以及天津市重点基金等科研项目50余项,发表SCI论文150余篇,引用超过两千余次。
